The 2025 PRPS Conference & Expo is being held March 16-19, with Expo Hall exclusively on March 16 & 17 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. We will welcome over 400 recreation and parks professionals from across the state!
We are excited to share information about the Pennsylvania Recreation & Park Society (PRPS) sponsorships, expo hall, and print/digital marketing options. This year, we are offering several options one for each area listed above. We are excited to talk to you about combining opportunities and participating in the conference & expo in a variety of ways!

Hershey Lodge Lodging
For the PRPS Conference, hotel room rate at the Hershey Lodge is $199 per room per night plus 11% taxes. Reservations must be made by Monday, February 24, 2025, or until room block is full; after this date, rooms and/or group rate may no longer be available.
