As a neurodivergent person myself, diagnosed with ADHD at five, it became critical for me, for my survival to continually translate myself for the world around me and adapt myself to it. I wanted to and needed to be able to show up as myself in my personal life, work life, networking, building a business and a speaking/consulting practice. I realized along the way how many organizations would benefit from learning how we neurodivergent people, as a spectrum rather than a singular existence, see the world and how it would transform culture by making our organizations and the world more accessible for all.
Shana Francesca is a keynote speaker, consultant, and scholar of intentional and ethical leadership and relationship, Founder and CEO of Concinnate LLC. She believes we become infinitely more impactful as leaders and as humans when we understand the power of community and our role inside of it—knowing that an organization, family or friend group is a type of community and needs to be honored and cultivated as an ecosystem where every part and person must be honored and empowered.
